1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy is issued by 2S Digital Tecnologia, Consultoria e Marketing (CNPJ 57.651.469/0001-08 (Brazil)), operator of ProfileWard, registered at Rua José Roncoleta, 245, Centro, Salto, São Paulo, Brazil. It explains what data we collect, why, and the choices you have.

2. What data we collect

We collect the following categories of data, depending on how you interact with us:

• Data you give us for the free audit: name, email address, and business profile link, provided voluntarily when you request an audit of your Google Business Profile.
• Data you give us to request access:name, work email, and optionally company name, provided when you submit the “Get ProfileWard” form.
• Public data about the audited profile: public information about the Google Business Profile you asked us to audit (business name, category, reviews, photos, and other public data), obtained via the Google Places API.
• Usage data: standard server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) generated when you use the audit tool or submit a form.

3. How we use this data

• Run and deliver the free audit you requested.
• Follow up by email to present the Service, answer questions, and act on your request for access.
• Operate the Service you have subscribed to, including support.
• Understand how the site is used and improve the product, communication, and experience.
• Prevent abuse of the audit tool (for example, rate-limiting repeated requests).

4. Who we share data with

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only when necessary to operate the Service, with:

• Google, through its APIs, to the extent necessary to look up and operate the Google Business Profile you authorized.
• Infrastructure and hosting providers that run the servers ProfileWard operates on.
• A payment processor, once paid billing is live, solely to process subscription payments — we do not store your full card details ourselves.

5. Google user data and Limited Use

When you connect your Google account to ProfileWard, you authorize us to access data from your Google Business Profile through Google APIs. We only request the permissions needed to deliver the features you subscribed to: monitoring your listing for unauthorized changes, reading and replying to reviews, updating business hours and information, and publishing posts on your behalf.

ProfileWard's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically, data obtained from Google APIs is never used to:

• serve advertising of any kind, including retargeting or personalized ads;
• be sold, rented, or licensed to any third party, including data brokers or AI model providers;
• train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

Human access to this data is restricted. No ProfileWard employee or contractor reads your Google user data except: with your explicit prior consent (for example, when you ask for support on a specific issue); when strictly necessary for security purposes, such as investigating abuse; when required by applicable law; or when the data has been aggregated and anonymized so that it can no longer identify you or your business.

You can revoke ProfileWard's access to your Google account at any time, either from within the panel or through your Google Account permissions page. Revoking access stops all synchronization immediately. Data already retrieved is deleted according to section 8 below, and you may request its immediate deletion at any time.

6. International data transfer

ProfileWard is operated by a company based in Brazil. If you are located in the United States or elsewhere, your data may be processed and stored in Brazil or in other countries where our providers operate. We take reasonable steps to protect your data wherever it is processed.

7. Your privacy choices

You can ask us at any time to:

• Confirm whether we hold data about you, and get access to it.
• Correct incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data.
• Delete data we hold based on your consent.
• Receive a copy of your data in a portable format, where applicable.
• Opt out of marketing email at any time, using the unsubscribe link in any message we send.

To exercise these choices, contact privacy@profileward.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and in line with applicable law.

8. How long we keep data

We keep your data for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, or to meet legal, contractual, or regulatory obligations, whichever is longer. After that, data is deleted or anonymized.

9. Data security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No system is completely risk-free, and we work to continuously improve our security practices.

10. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the Service or applicable law. The current version is always available on this page, with the last-updated date shown below.
