Terms of Service

1. About the service

ProfileWard is a platform for monitoring, protecting, and managing Google Business Profile listings for local businesses, agencies, and multi-location organizations (the “Service”). ProfileWard is operated by 2S Digital Tecnologia, Consultoria e Marketing (CNPJ 57.651.469/0001-08 (Brazil)), registered at Rua José Roncoleta, 245, Centro, Salto, São Paulo, Brazil (“ProfileWard,” “we,” “us”).

ProfileWard is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Google LLC. Google, Google Business Profile, Google Search, Google Maps, and related marks belong to Google LLC and are referenced here solely to identify the platform the Service operates on.

ProfileWard provides a digital marketing and Google Business Profile optimization service, through the monitoring, protection, review-management, content, and reporting functions described in these Terms. We do not promise a specific marketing outcome such as search ranking, ranking position, or lead volume.

The Service is delivered entirely remotely, with no requirement for an in-person visit or disclosure of the physical location of the team performing the work.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your account credentials confidential, and for all activity that happens under your account.

3. Free audit tool

The free Google Business Profile audit is provided as-is, based on public data returned by the Google Places API at the moment of the request. It is a point-in-time diagnostic snapshot, not a guarantee of current or future profile performance, and it does not constitute an ongoing service or a contractual commitment on our part.

4. Subscription and payment

ProfileWard is sold as a monthly subscription, billed in advance. The price, currency, and scope displayed on the checkout page at the moment you subscribe are the ones that govern your purchase. That is the price you agree to, and it is stated in full before any charge is made.

We may run promotional offers and adjust our published pricing at our discretion. Any such change applies only to new subscriptions started after the change. It does not affect a subscription already in effect: your plan continues at the price you contracted.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card details — the card is handled entirely by Stripe under its own terms and privacy policy. Your receipt is issued by Stripe and sent to the email address you use at checkout.

The subscription renews automatically every month on the anniversary of your purchase, and the same payment method is charged, until you cancel. If a charge fails, Stripe may retry it over the following days; access may be suspended while payment is outstanding and is restored once the payment succeeds.

If we ever need to change the renewal price of a subscription that is already running, we will notify you by email before it takes effect, so you can cancel first if you prefer. A change never applies retroactively to a billing period already paid for.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel at any time, with no cancellation fee and no minimum term. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not interrupt the period you have already paid for, and your access continues until the end of that period.

You can cancel yourself, at any time, from inside the panel— open your account settings and choose “Manage subscription.” No email, no phone call, and no need to talk to anyone. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and we confirm it by email.

Because cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for, there is no partial or prorated refund: you keep full access until that period ends, and no further charge is made. Amounts already billed for a completed or in-progress billing period are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or where we state otherwise in writing.

If you cancel, your Google account connection is revoked and synchronization stops. You can also revoke our access directly from your Google Account at any time — see section 5 of our Privacy Policy for how, and how long we keep data afterward.

6. What the Service delivers (and what it does not promise)

ProfileWard delivers monitoring of your Google Business Profile against unauthorized changes, review tracking and response support, content scheduling, and reporting on what changed and what was fixed.

The Service does not guarantee search ranking, first-place placement, a specific ranking position, lead volume, review removal, or any other business outcome. Search ranking and results depend on factors controlled by Google and the local market, outside our control. What we provide is consistent execution of the monitoring, protection, and management routine.

All monitoring, restoration, publishing, and management activity is subject to Google's systems, policies, approvals, and API availability, and to the uninterrupted availability of third-party services we depend on.

7. Your responsibilities

  • Grant and maintain administrative access to the Google Business Profile that will be operated.
  • Ensure the accuracy of the information you provide for publication (address, hours, services, photos, and other business data).
  • Use the Service and your own profile in compliance with Google's content and usage policies for business profiles, including rules on reviews, photos, and business information.

ProfileWard is not responsible for suspensions, restrictions, or removals applied by Google to a profile as a result of false, incomplete, or customer-supplied information, nor for unilateral changes to Google's policies or interface that affect how the Service functions.

8. Support

Support is provided by email through the channels listed on this site. We aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe during business hours; response time may vary with demand.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ProfileWard and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

10. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated to reflect changes to the Service, applicable law, or commercial terms. Material changes will be communicated through the contact channels available to you, and continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing law and contact

ProfileWard is operated by a Brazil-registered company; these Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any dispute not resolved informally will be submitted to the courts of São Paulo, Brazil. This does not limit any consumer-protection rights you may have under the mandatory law of your own country of residence.

Questions about these Terms can be sent to legal@profileward.com.
